In some cases a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) may have been placed on a single tree, or a blanket cover may be in force on an area of trees. Trees and hedges may also be covered by a conservation area, and some land can be protected as an SSSI site (Site of Special Scientific Interest).
Sayer's Tree Services Ltd are keen to maintain conservation interests and work alongside local councils to submit the correct paperwork, along with photos, so that reasonable work can be carried out.
We are also proud to take part in wildlife conservation projects working alongside orgnisations to encourage and preserve wildlife whilst carrying out our work, this is something that we take great pride in and enjoy doing.

Bat boxes are artificial roosts designed to encourage bats into areas where there are few roosting sites. There are various designs of bat box from wooden boxes to external ready-assembled boxes. We supply and install bat boxes to trees sites and projects.

Owls are cavity nesting birds of prey but they do not create their own nest holes Instead, they frequently use hollow trees or cavities, We supply/make and install the correct owl box to suit your tree woodland or project and assess if the correct place and tree to install a box.
